The Annual Spring Showcase of Homes is held the last weekend in April and the first weekend in May each year. The Showcase is scattered site tour of homes and admission is FREE.

The event provides builders with an opportunity to display their product to the public and promote the Las Cruces residential home building industry. The Showcase us widely advertised and boasts public attendance from all over the country. Attendance is estimated at over 8,000 people for the two-weekend event.
